At 7ayyak, we provide digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. As such, we operate under a strict no-replacement policy. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

2- No Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer replacements for any purchased items. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be replaced or exchanged.

3- Order Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you may request to cancel an order under the following conditions: - Before Access: You may cancel your order if the digital product has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or activated. Once the product has been accessed or used, cancellations are not possible. - Timing: Requests for cancellation must be made within 2 hours of the purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

4- How to Cancel an Order

5- Non-Cancellable Orders
