Absolutely! At 7ayyak, we understand that flexibility is key, and we want to make sure our services adapt to your evolving needs. That's why there is no minimum commitment required for your subscription.

Subscriptions cannot be transferred to another person.

Unfortunately, any remaining hours within your subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period and cannot be carried over to the next period.

Certainly! We understand that sometimes you may need extra hours to tackle your tasks efficiently. At 7ayyak, we offer the option to purchase additional hours beyond your subscribed package. These extra hours can be purchased at a rate of 11 JOD per hour.

We do not charge any setup fees for our services. Getting started is as easy as paying for your first month's subscription. Once payment is made, you can immediately begin experiencing the benefits of our virtual assistant services.

We offer the option to freeze your subscription for a maximum period of 1 month if needed.

We offer attractive discounts for extended subscriptions. For a commitment of six months, we provide a 10% discount, and for a commitment of one year, we offer an even greater discount of 20%.

We will gather information about you and actively listen to your requirements during a phone call. Then, we will recommend an assistant that aligns with your needs. In the unlikely event that the suggested assistant does not fully meet your expectations, we will continue our efforts until we discover the ideal match for you. Moreover, if your requirements change over time, you can always switch your assistant without any additional cost.

Your plan will include a specific number of hours that cover the work your assistant will do for you. The plan will automatically renew every month. You can easily modify your plan or add extra hours to accommodate busier months.

At 7ayyak, we recognize the significance of transparency and keeping you up-to-date about your tasks' progress. Our dedicated assistant meticulously keeps track of the time spent on your tasks, down to the minute. To ensure you are always in the loop, we will periodically send you an SMS text message that details the time spent by your assistant and the remaining time available in your subscription. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of your tasks and have a clear understanding of how your time is being utilized.

Rest assured that safeguarding your confidential information is of utmost importance to us at 7ayyak. To ensure the highest level of protection, all of our virtual assistants have signed comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements crafted by legal professionals. These agreements are designed specifically to safeguard your sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
